Basic file manager to Windows Explorer that renames and deletes files.
File Explorer is a small and very lightweight file manager utility which provides a couple of basic functions that are also present in Windows Explorer.
The program has a radically different interface to your typical file manager and allows users to browse the Windows filesystem while also being able to delete and rename files.
File Explorer also adds a couple of other functionalities like creating different types of Office documents such as PowerPoint, Excel and Word.
The interface provides some details about files and folders like the last modified date, file size and folder and file names. Browsing between directories can be done by using the icons at the top of the interface with "Home", "Up one level", "Drive list", etc.
All in all, File Explorer is a very basic alternative to Windows Explorer which only provides the most basic file management functions.

File Explorer is provided under a freeware license on Windows from file managers with no restrictions on usage. Download and installation of this PC software is free and 1.2 is the latest version last time we checked.
